“Telehealth”, “Virtual Therapy”, “Remote Visits”… its got a lot of technical sounding names. At In-Sight, we think of it as simply “Therapy where you need it”. There are a lot of reasons for this type of work; travel, work commitments, child-care, mobility. Whatever the reason, In-Sight is designed to bring your therapy directly to you. Whether it’s EMDR or Brainspotting, we’ve designed a way to provide secure and confidential sessions. Feel good, wherever you are.

Payment and Privacy Stuff

Fees: Fees are due prior to the start of the session. In-Sight accepts payments through Venmo and Zelle. We are open to other forms of payment and are happy to make these arrangements with our clients.

Cancellation Policy: In-Sight has a 24 hours cancellation policy. The client will be responsible for payment of a canceled or missed session if the therapist is not notified within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Insurance: Brena Lever is an "out of network provider" for medical plans. In-Sight will, upon request, provide the client with any necessary documentation, should they want to submit a claim to their medical plan to use their out of network benefits.

Confidentiality: At In-Sight, we take confidentiality very seriously and believe it is the cornerstone to being able to do successful work. In-Sight therapists are licensed by the state and carry a responsibility to maintain strict confidentiality in regard to client information. No information will be disclosed or released without written permission of the client, and will be done in a manner consistent with In-Sight information handling procedures.
